Nigerian entrepreneur Prince Omoha John Nduka founded Prince Luxury Group in 2015, building a business spanning real estate, logistics, construction, agribusiness and stock investment across Nigeria and Hong Kong, and was later named among the country's most impactful CEOs for his contribution to GDP.

In 2018 he established the Prince Omoha Foundation, which provides seed capital, 250,000 naira a year per participant, to young entrepreneurs across all 36 Nigerian states, framing the effort as part of a broader pan-African investment approach aligned with the UN's 2030 Sustainable Development Goal Agenda.

His work has been recognised with awards including Real Estate Entrepreneur of the Year in 2018 and Forbes Africa 30 Under 30 nominations in 2021 and 2022.
