Biography

Education: Hang Seng University of Hong Kong; Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, Finland

Born in Lithuania and later relocating to Finland at the age of 13, Paulius Stankevicius cultivated a unique cross-cultural perspective early in life. He pursued studies in Information Technology (IT), User Experience Design, and Marketing at Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences in Finland and expanded his expertise through a student exchange program at Hang Seng University of Hong Kong, focusing on global marketing and public relations.

From the very beginning of his academic journey, Stankevicius immersed himself in entrepreneurship. Within days of entering university, he co-founded his first startup, leveraging his expertise in programming and design while concurrently studying IT and UX. This hands-on experience revealed a crucial insight: innovative products require strategic marketing and visibility to succeed. This realization prompted him to master marketing and public relations.

During his tenure in Hong Kong in 2016, Stankevicius maximized his time not only academically but also by cultivating business opportunities. He actively engaged with local enterprises and was introduced to the global commodity trading sector, specifically in petroleum, precious metals, and gemstones.

Between 2016 and 2019, he advanced his career in public relations and digital advertising, primarily serving both traditional and blockchain companies. His campaigns collectively raised over $500 million in capital across hundreds of clients, cementing his reputation as a media strategist and PR professional.

Parallel to his PR achievements, Stankevicius deepened his involvement in international trade, which accelerated significantly between 2016 and 2020. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he pivoted into medical equipment and pharmaceutical trading, successfully building and exiting a joint venture in the United Arab Emirates. His commodity trading ventures have since evolved into managing large-scale, high-value contracts worldwide.

Stankevicius' expertise in digital assets, rooted in early experience from 2013–2014, culminated in facilitating over $500 million in BTC OTC transactions by 2023. That same year, he pioneered advancements at the intersection of technology, finance, and trade, bridging traditional industries with digital innovation.

In 2024, Stankevicius orchestrated $2.8 billion in capital raises for publicly listed companies through high-impact PR campaigns. He also launched a digitized commodity trading platform featuring real-time ESG and carbon credit trading capabilities, further aligning commerce with sustainability imperatives.

By 2025, Stankevicius expanded into government relations and geopolitical media strategy, executing large-scale international campaigns. In the same year, he finalized the sale of his proprietary global media network to a Middle Eastern private equity group, marking another milestone in his dynamic career trajectory.
